I know Deen gets criticized for how they handled this adaptation but it is sad that so many disregard how some of the scenes are well done and quite memorable, like the death of Archer was great, the rematch against Herc and finally how they handled this confrontation between Saber & Gil. The musical score is amazing and the surreal scene of Gil's demise is probably the most peaceful death for that character that really shows how good a character he is.

I made the right decision when I thought it would be great to watch F/Z first then FSN 2006 as a chronological order thing (I finished the VN atm) Honestly this final battle was a great sendoff after witnessing what happened in Zero, and I think it fits so nicely too.
